For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment may be required immediately.

Failure to make payments by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Please Note: In the event of a refund, any bank transfer fees, payment gateway charges, currency conversion fees, or other applicable transaction/service charges incurred during the payment and refund process are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refundable deposit amount.

If you need to cancel your booking, cancellation fees will apply based on the date written notice is received.

Please Note: To be eligible for a refund (subject to applicable cancellation charges), written cancellation must be received on or prior 30 days to the scheduled departure date. For bookings during peak travel periods (including public holidays, festive seasons, and other high-demand dates), written cancellation must be received at least 45 days prior to departure.

Travellers are responsible for ensuring they possess all required travel documentation before departure.

If you prefer not to appear in promotional material, please notify us before or during your tour.

Guests are responsible for obtaining any required photography permits at locations where restrictions apply.

15. Health, Safety & Traveller Responsibility
